Course Description:
The Apprenticeship and Work Place Mathematics program is designed to prepare you for the mathematical understandings and critical-thinking skills required for successful entry into the work force and the majority of trades. Apprenticeship and Workplace Mathematics 11 itself will provide you with an understanding of measurement, geometry, numbers, statistics and Algebra.

I have developed a rubric, that outlines all of the learning outcomes required for the successful completion of this course. I will be using this to recognize where you are at within the 4 point scale, which directly relates to the 10 point scale and a final grade and percent, which will be determined in this course based on the Ministry of Education Guidelines:
A 86-100%
B 73-85%
C+ 67-72%
C 60-66%
C- 50-59%
F <50%
